Bio of Martin Ruppert
Martin Ruppert is Managing Director of IMP³rove – European Innovation Management Academy and core team member of the Innovation and R&D Management practice at A.T. Kearney. Building on various consulting projects, he has comprehensive experience in innovation management, ranging from the review of innovation strategy and innovation portfolio to the development of innovative business models. He worked in Europe, the Middle East, and in Asia-Pacific.
Martin is author of numerous publications on innovation management and co-author of the Global Innovation Index reports in 2015 and 2016. He has been seconded to the World Economic Forum to manage the project “Fostering Innovation-Driven Entrepreneurship in Europe” and was advisor for the project “Collaborative Innovation – Transforming Business, Driving Growth”.
Bio of Nils Dülfer
Nils Dülfer is Managing Director of IMP³rove – European Innovation Management Academy and core team member of the Innovation and R&D Management practice at A.T. Kearney.
He has led various consulting projects for industry as well as public sector clients that centered around topics such as innovation strategy development, (digital) business model design, agile innovation processes redesign, innovation benchmarking and innovation transformation.
Nils is author of various innovation-related publications and contributor to the Global Innovation Index reports 2016, frequent innovation guest lecturer at leading universities in Europe as well as co-founder of the ISPIM Innovators Club, a new platform for innovation leaders to enable best practice exchanges.
Nils holds a Master of Science (with distinction) and a PhD in International Business (focus: innovation management) from the School of Business and Economics, Maastricht University.

Bio of Eva Diedrichs
Eva Diedrichs is the founding managing director of IMP³rove – European Innovation Management Academy. She was the project leader of the various IMP³rove projects since the beginning in 2006. Previously, Eva served as senior consultant at A.T. Kearney GmbH helping international clients in developing and implementing their growth strategies and transformation projects. She has worked in Europe as well as in North-Africa, Asia-Pacific and the USA.
Eva is member of the standardization committees on ISO and on CEN level focusing on innovation management. She serves as convenor of the ISO TC 279 and the CEN TC 389 working groups on innovation management assessment.
As core team member of A.T. Kearney’s Innovation and R&D Management practice, she supports the World Economic Forum in their project on “Fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in Europe” and on “Collaborative innovation – Transforming Business, Driving Growth”.
Eva is author of numerous articles and co-author of various reports and insight papers and a speaker on innovation management related topics at international conferences.
